THE DOUBLE MODEL

This model has two bedrooms that are about 9.6 x 7 feet. They each have enough room for a bed and a standing wardrobe or dresser. Add additional cabinets above the beds with lighting for extra storage. The master bedroom has doors that lead out onto the back patio.
THE BATHROOM/LAUNDRY ROOMS
The bathroom has a standing corner shower, toilet and vanity with storage. It has a tiled shower and a window for extra light. The laundry room is a nice addition to this house. It is wide enough to have the washer and dryer next to each other so you can create a folding area on top of them. It also has enough room for extra storage. The ideal addition to a tiny home.
THE ROOFTOP DECK AND PATIO
The rooftop deck is incredible. Build with Trex decking and a metal raining (at additional cost), this deck is – x – feet. It has room for a dining and sitting area to enjoy warm summer evenings with friends.
