THE SINGLE MODEL
This one bed, one bath model has everything you would need to have a functional home. It features a closed off bedroom, closed off bathroom and open living area. This model is a single 40ft steel shipping container that has approximately 600 square feet of living space.
This model has a HUGE Trex rooftop deck that overhangs a lower deck. Our model features glass railing (additional cost) all the way around. You can fit lots of furniture on the top and bottom decks to create your outdoor dream oasis!

THE KITCHEN/DINING AREA
The kitchen features ample cabinet space with space for a full oven. There is great counter space for prepping and we will leave room for a microwave and small fridge. This room is open to the dining area where you can fit a decent size table.
THE LIVING AREA
The living area is right off next to the dining area. You can choose to have a gas fireplace installed on the wall if you choose. There is a panoramic window above the couch area to allow for extra light. Impress guests with the garage door (or door of your choosing) opening up to the lower deck to create an indoor/outdoor living area.
THE BEDROOM
The bedroom features a room for a queen bed, and a standing wardrobe with side tables. There is a good size window to let in light and a ceiling fan to keep you cool at night. The room can be customized with decorative wood wall panel (additional cost).
The full size bathroom features a standing shower with toilet and vanity. There is also space for a stacking washer and dryer to make your home completely functional for everyday living.
